Amenities: Upstairs Sleeps up to 8 people. Beds: The master has a Queen, 2nd bedroom has a Queen, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. A full size washer and dryer are located in the spacious utility room. Downstairs has a Queen bed and a Futon sofa that makes a Queen size bed. This separate downstairs unit also has a full kitchen, living area, washer/dryer and covered patio area on the waterside. Directv, wireless internet and a charcoal BBQ pit are available for use.

Pricing: Upstairs, $350 per night for 1 or 2 nights, $300 per night for 3 nights or more. Downstairs $200 per night for 1 or 2 nights, $150 per night for 3 nights or more. Both units together, $450 per night for 1 or 2 nights, $400 per night for 3 nights or more. Applicable taxes and a $60 cleaning fee for upstairs, $40 for downstairs will apply to all rentals. Weekly rates quoted depending on season and availability.
