PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You will receive an e-mail invoice detailing the costs of your booking. Payment in full for your stay must be received at least 1 day prior to arrival.
PRICES: All rentals are subject to a 10% additional fee that covers applicable local taxes and fees. There is a one-time-per-stay Cleaning Fee for each rental that will be billed along with the rest of the rental charges. The amount of the cleaning fee is listed for each rental.
DEPOSIT: A deposit equivalent to one night's rental is required for all reservations. For some units a NON-REFUNDABLE Pet Deposit may be required upon check-in, if you are bringing pets.
CANCELLATION: Once a reservation is made, cancellation must be made at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to scheduled arrival date to secure return of your full deposit. If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded PROVIDED we are able to book a rental that covers the period which was reserved.

This camp has a large screened in concrete patio downstairs for the fish fry or boiling seafood. Upstairs has a living area, 2 bedrooms and a bath. Downstairs has a full kitchen, dining area and a full bath plus laundry. The oversized garage will hold 2 boats easily plus a side carport for another vehicle. There is a neighborhood launch at the end of the street for guests to use. Partially furnished.

Pricing: $850.00 per month, utilities not included. Sorry, no pets allowed.

This separate downstairs unit also has a full kitchen, living area, washer/dryer and covered patio area on the waterside. Directv, wireless internet and a charcoal BBQ pit are available for use.

Pricing: Upstairs, $350 per night for 1 or 2 nights, $300 per night for 3 nights or more. Downstairs $200 per night for 1 or 2 nights, $150 per night for 3 nights or more. Both units together, $450 per night for 1 or 2 nights, $400 per night for 3 nights or more. Applicable taxes and a $60 cleaning fee for upstairs, $40 for downstairs will apply to all rentals. Weekly rates quoted depending on season and availability.

Pricing: $225 per night for 1 or 2 nights, $175 per night for 3 nights or more. Weekly and monthly rates available upon request. Applicable taxes and a one time cleaning fee of $60 will apply to all rentals.
